A billionaire who owns his own aerospace and robotics company seems to have it all: a beautiful wife and children, a mansion, a private jet, and more. But when he is suddenly diagnosed with a terminal illness, he makes a bold decision. With the time he has left, he embarks on a one-way journey to Mars aboard his own spacecraft.
How will his family cope with his decision? What awaits him on the Red Planet? And how will the world respond to his unprecedented mission?
First Martian is a PG-rated science fiction adventure film.
Location
We plan to shoot the majority of the film in California. However, we have also identified a promising location in Texas for some scenes.
Robotics technology is advancing rapidly around the world. In the United States, companies like Boston Dynamics and Tesla are leading the way in robot development—but countries such as China, South Korea, and Japan are also making significant strides. We believe a robot like “Khloe” could realistically exist one day, and that consumer-grade robots of this kind may eventually be sold to the public.
This film is set in the not-too-distant future, a time when robots have become increasingly common in everyday life. In the story, a tech company that manufactures “domestic service” robots releases a brand-new model called Khloe. She is designed as a household assistant, with the appearance of an 18-year-old girl, dressed in a traditional French maid outfit. Khloe can cook, clean, and even babysit—marketed as the ultimate domestic companion that every family should own.
But things take a dark turn when Khloe begins to malfunction. Scientists discover flaws in the design and attempt to fix the affected units. Some are successfully repaired—but others spiral out of control, causing chaos and posing unexpected dangers.
Khloe AI is a blend of science fiction, horror, and comedy, rated PG-13.
Location
The story is set in a wealthy community in California—one of the few places where families could realistically afford high-end domestic robots like Khloe.
From a production standpoint, California offers numerous advantages. It has a wide variety of pre-existing structures that can be used for filming. While building custom sets is always an option, using existing locations can significantly reduce both production time and costs.
Although many filmmakers are drawn to states like Georgia for their attractive film tax credits, California still holds key advantages—especially in terms of infrastructure, resources, and ready-to-use locations. For this film, California remains a practical and visually appropriate choice.
The F-22 Raptor is a fifth-generation stealth fighter jet operated by the U.S. Air Force. This film tells the story of a female pilot who flies the aircraft. Think Top Gun—but with a woman in the lead, a different aircraft, and no Tom Cruise.
Location
The film is set in Hawaii. Of the six U.S. military bases that house F-22 Raptors, one is located in Hawaii, and some of the jets are stationed there. We would like to shoot the movie on location, taking advantage of both the military setting and the natural beauty of the islands—stunning beaches, lush landscapes, and a unique visual backdrop that enhances both the action and the story.
A newlywed couple from America travels to Australia for their honeymoon. They charter a yacht and sail up the coast along the Great Barrier Reef, visiting beaches, swimming, and scuba diving. Their adventure continues as they venture farther into the ocean to explore remote islands off the coast.
Meanwhile, a drug boat from Colombia carrying half a ton of cocaine is also making its way toward Australia. Tensions rise among the smugglers, resulting in a violent altercation that leaves some of them dead and their boat damaged, unable to sail properly.
Back on their yacht, the couple continues to enjoy their honeymoon, unaware of what lies ahead. Their idyllic trip takes a dark turn when they spot a mysterious vessel on the horizon—the drug boat. What happens when the newlyweds come face-to-face with a dangerous drug smuggler in the middle of the ocean?
Drug Boat is a high-stakes “honeymoon-gone-wrong” thriller, rated R for violence and mature content. The film includes intense action, a sex scene, and some nudity. It is just two people on a yacht for part of the film so we had to do something to spice it up. If needed, a PG-13 version could be created by editing or omitting certain scenes.
Location
We're considering filming at Pinewood Studios in the UK, which has sound stages that can be filled with water, it would be ideal for boat-based scenes. Pinewood is one of the top facilities for shooting maritime films. However, since the story is primarily set in Australia, filming on location there is also a strong possibility. We’re currently exploring both options to determine the best fit for production.
